There is someone who is doing the project from scratch. I have checked
the web site from time to time and he is working steadily on it and it
seems to be coming along fine. Now does that mean he will actually have
his version out in our lifetime, I dunno. But it seems to be the feel of
the old Telegard, but also integrated into todays technology. Don't know
much more, but that it is an ongoing project, I believe I saw some new
updates and screen caps as late as a week or two ago.
