When I am translating, I often do so in a file... i.e. I type over the
original. To make this easier I have a very simple WP macro, Alt-B... It
switches the block on, waits for one or more keystrokes and then, when enter
is pressed, moves back one position, deletes the block and centres the cursor
on the screen (find nothing). This means that if I press Alt-B and then e.g.
the first Capital letter of a name, then the block is deleted up to this next
proper name. Word can't do this.
I also use WP styles to block, protect and number blocks of text (one or two
lines - subtitles in this case). Word cannot number anything but single
nes.
