From Win95, yes.  I doubt it will work with Netscape/2, tho.

Well, if you are looking for the Win95 program I'd suggest 
"www.filepile.com". the Web access Exec-PC has provided to its' extremely 
large file collection. I'm sure other sites have it as well.
