Well, email really started to catch on around l988-to date, I think that is
about when modems started to fall a bit on prices. I remember the 200, 1200,
2400, 4800, 9600, and now the 38.8kbps. But then so few people in real life
business use them for send and recieve email. Yeah, they use modems to swip
the credit card, but that is about it. It has something to do with many
people hate to write.
