I got it to work by run manually script file but the crontab runs test say
it not can find mbmsg or run mbmsg, so may I shall try to use the same
commands as mbout is running or take some commands from the /opt/etc/maint
file so mbse and the linux know where and how to run mbmsg.
Like 
$MBSE_ROOT/bin/mbmsgs post ......... (rest of the mbmsg commands).
