The fun in maple syrup is making it, collecting the sap is a bit of work
but once you collect the days worth of sap you get to sit around the sugar
shack, where we have cable TV and beer!

Got some people making a movie about how to make maple syrup this year,
I'll see if I can get a few clips to post.
