I'm sure I paid less than that for my copy.  It's on 5.25" floppies,  too...

Along with a couple of other things I got from them,  besides the compiler.
 I had a heck of a time finding those disks recently,  but I did find them,
 and re-copied the mess to HD here so I could play with it a bit.
