There's breaking it & there's absolutely voiding it's contents &
purpose. For the Nuclear states to say "never going to happen"
(as a recent UK whitepaper did) is to render the whole treaty into
Norwegian Blue Parrot status.

Could be done fairly easily. It's political will wotz missing & the
reality is that the big boys think everything is kewl with them keep a
holocaust potential so long as noone else does. That is unsustainable &
will lead to a large number of nuclear weapon states.

Yes you can. Today's conventional weaponry is vastly more destructive than
it was 60 years ago.

I don't believe it is possible to win a world war. You might come out
unbeaten but not a winner.

I think most major powers realise that.

Pick on some small country OK...doable....occupying
China......nope..equally the PRC occupying The US or Russia or
India.....nope.
