OK, semantics aside, that is much clearer--and I would
agree, that is is the same thing I am saying. I just would
have preferred to phrase it something like: such universal
laws are in themselves the "deepest" explanation we can get
as to either a "how?" or "why?" question. But we are
definitely on the same wavelength.     Regards,
