-=> Quoting Sondra Ball to Robin Arnhold <=-
Hi, Sondra,
RA>When I get obnoxious, I tend to get in a bad mood and go around with a
>chip on my shoulder just itching for an argument. Sometimes I find them,
SB>
SB> I do that sometimes, too. Probably we all do.
Probably, or as I sometimes say, I keep shooting myself in the foot,
which is why half the people I know are lame .
SB> I'm sure that happens. Mario has a relative who wants his son to grow
SB> up to be a baseball player. His son is probably going to grow up to
SB> be a good artist. His daughter, who he insists on seeing as artistic,
SB> on the other hand ...
That's going to be a very interesting family in coming years in terms of
interpersonal dynamics. Wouldn't want to live in a family with such
strong expectations. One of my coworkers is a new grandma. The baby was
named 'Hunter' and his father expects him to grow up to love hunting. I
joked to Pat that it is possible Hunter will grow up to be an
animal-rights activist who is interested in music.
Take care,
Robin
