    For non-standard-sized volumes, I believe you can specify the exact
size desired (substituting "K" for "000" if the desired size ends in
"000."  If so, then either:
arj a    c:blah..  -r -v1800000
          or
arj a    c:blah..  -r -v1800K
should do what you want.
