Its a rather long statute, which I read recently but don't have memorized.
It makes it illegal to knowingly and intentionally disclose the identity
and fact of a covert agent's existence.   Covert agent is someone who
worked
overseas within the past 5 years in a covert capacity.  That's a really
rough summary based upon a quick, dirty, and possibly incomplete read of
the statute.
