Well, it sure took long enough! I had to work, work, work, to pay, pay,
pay, and save, save, save to rest, rest, rest. Phew.
But speaking of new reads: My sister brought down a sack of books, and
though most of them came from me to begin with, she did throw in an
old Mary Higgins Clark, vintage 1979 I'd not read, called "A Stranger
Watches." It was a page turner, fast read because I had to find out HOW
it ended... Another all nighter.
The rest of the bag was trashy romances and I sack them for my used book
store. I cannot abide those books. Hmpfh!
