If it helps any, I just uploaded the most recent versions of MultiMail
to Mike's Madhouse.  I uploaded the DOS and the Windows version.  The
names are mmdos046.zip and mmwin046.zip.

I don't recommend Blue Wave.  It inserts a number in front of your To:
field and a space in front of your subject field.
