JM>After that, Jan Tops of the Netherlands with Top Gun went clear. Go
figure.
They looked good though, didn't they?
JM>Oh, and if you have tons of money, then head for Conyers,
JM>because there is plenty of space available in the expensive
JM>seats. The cheap seats in the top of the stands are packed
JM>pretty solid, though.
The lower seats were pretty well taken by corporate sponsors. They gave
tickets to employees, guests, etc. Some of them never showed because they
had no interest in some measly equestrian event.
JM>So it's great to see *something*, but I can't wait to hear
JM>Laura's report from the Dressage venue. I'm particularly
JM>interested in Metallic, ridden by Robert Dover, who by all
JM>reports is a real ham. He may be too green to do much at
JM>this Olympics, but watch out for the future!
I'm sure you saw my message to Meg regarding Metallic. Quite a
disappointment!
