I have just discovered something interesting about OS/2, Geoworks
Ensemble, and video cards.
I just upgraded motherboards, and it didn't seem to like my Cirrus Logic
based card (GD5428) much so I installed a recently purchased S3 Trio64
based card instead.  Where I was having problems with video corruption
if I swapped out of a GWE session set at any SVGA mode, I now can swap
just fine.  I realize I am not using the VPP drivers, but the Geoworks
256 color driver, but the results should be the same for the VPP drivers
as well.
Hardware can definitely have an effect on video results.  You can add
this information to your database if it isn't already there.
