  It /must/ be a config issue.  I just recently (a month ago) setup Fastecho 
  Iagain for the first time in 10 years or so, so everything is fresh in my

I just posted my config, so I won't bother doing it again, but it looks right 
to the untrained eye.

  Download new versions of your archivers.  Make sure there is not an old 
  Dbroken version of pkunzip laying around, (Or maybe the versions your 
  Drunning are new and the commandlines have changed.)

I'm running 2.04g I think.
