Communism is an economic theory proposed by Marx in which the majority own the
means of production. The only time in history when any society ever got close
to this was in dynastic China when the sole purpose of the emporor was to
collect the taxes to build the roads and fill the grainaries all to support the
farmers who "owned the means of production". Yes it's a stretch but the USSR
never attained this polictical ideal because there was always a minority that
controlled everything. Now I am really interested in Anarchy... not the chaotic
form but the actual theory of anarchic government (oxymoron?), or lack of
government altogether.  The high state of communism and absolute democracy
would actually be synonymous. Won't ever happen.
