About the same for me.  I always get a lot of noise being in an apartment
¨except when the power got out.  Unfortunatly my backup barry is no longer
¨good enough to transmit with..  And power outages aren't predictable and
¨don't happen when it'd be useful.

I have 14.300 on now and heard a couple weak signals about an hour ago..
