No its not. Please install a memory upgrade, a larger hard drive and a better 
CPU... because you obviously don't have *enough* specs!

On a serious note, I discovered that setting processor-affinity in Server 
2008, Windows 7 and higher seems to resolve random "hangs" in the mailer over
long periods of time.
