It is a 2 stage launch as stated. Stage 1: Volcano to get you out of the
water. Stage 2: Phosphorous as the booster once you're in the atmoshere.
Phosphorus is volatile in air, not water. Water as a cushion and
environment. Also acts as fuel while in space. Sodium as the propellant or
just high pressure jets to manuever the craft while in orbit.
