Hello all,

does anybody have any clues about installing word for windows v2.0 on warp
connect in either a winos/2 session or the full screen mode.

it starts up ok but then keeps asking me for the first diskette (if i do a
network install) or tells me that the my windows kernel is corrupt and that
i should start again. i would like to eventually move to hpfs, but, i
cannot even get winword v2.0 or excel v2.11 to install on a fat based file
system. while i have a win for workgroups licence i'm loath to deinstall
os/2 to go backwards and use ms windows as my windows platform. i had
enough problems with ms windows on my hardware, os/2 and winos/2 solved all
of them, untill now.

i'm sorry if this seems like a treacherous act but my word processing
requirements are quite simple and having gone several rounds with describe,
wordperfect for windows i can see no other option but to break out the
winword v2.0 diskettes

please can anybody help.
