LOL, solve what? The Sysop's compulsion to screw things up?

I know its the nature of the silly message hobby but the vast majority of
problems I read are from people screwing around with things, incompetency /
not reading documentation or log files, etc. "experimenting" with things or 
nagging competent Sysops with hand-holding questions.
