According to an editor from SMH, Telstra are planning to setup an Internet

Service Provider which they can charge much lower than your average ISP. When

the other ISP's can't compete with Telstra's prices they will close down in

which Telstra will monopolise the Internet market and basically turn it into a

market economy and charge any price they want.
