 This is certainly a motorway the A12, but indeed when you look at Streetview
 there smeems to be no other limit as 100 Km/h.

 Coming from the other side, there is no covarage. Apparently borders are
 restricted areas in Germany.

 The A12 was the first connection to the German Autobahn grid. The Dutch had
 to pay for most of the trajectory up to Oberhausen.

 I said a speed limit of 40 Mph, not stopping to show your passport.
 Apparently the limit is now 100Km/h where motorways are concerned.
