Hello Winston -

WS> So basically, use Juge.Com CommPort BBS ? That is good to
WS> know. Thanks. Now if I can find a solution that can be
WS> applied more generally to unmodified WildCat!'s, I'll be in
WS> business....

>>> if success assign juge \v(session), - Set TelNet NewLine

WS> ^^^^^^ Hmm... my diagnostic says, '?Word "telnet" is not
WS> usable here.', although 'TELNET" is a listed word. Hmm...
WS> perhaps it is not compatible with FOSSIL ?

What I posted is what I used for over a year, possibly two. It
should work as written. The 'newline raw' is to accomodate
juge.com's way of seeing the EOL and will only affect the
displays not the use of the BBS itself.

>>> ;Any WildCat BBS define Wcat - set port TCP/IP Wcat.com 23
>>> ANSI, - pause 0, - if success assign Wcat \v(session), -
>>> define dld binary, rec i:\mail\down\, - BBS, connect

WS> Hmm... I don't see how a binary download would differ from
WS> a binary GET, but we are talking about Micro$oft, the king

WS> don't have much hope. It looks similar to what I have been
WS> doing already. If BBSes would offer UUENCODE or MIME format
WS> for download it might work....

The 'dld' is a variable defined at the start of what I posted
so that I can use the function key to initiate the download.
DLD is not an MSKERMIT keyword command.
