Once you are in the maxed, "control-K control-H" or "^K^H" should bring up 
your EDIT commands. You could also use F10. READ will do just that, read in 
an ascii text file. Hit C to continue, then finish editing or your message 
and you're done.  If you know the text file is too big, do a little 
pre-editing to cut it down (like a whole log file, extract the section you 
want to post first). These commands should pop on your screen if you 
"control-N"......
