Probably.  There's a lot of homeschoolers in the west.  Texas has the
highest percentage of its kids being homeschooled, however.  I forget
the exact percentage, but I know it's better than one in ten.

Well, I think it should do that.  But I happen to think that education
should impart to children the joy of learning for its own sake.
