If I'm not mistaken:
1) (forward) neck pickup only (Definitely)
2) neck and middle (?)
3) middle only (?)
4) middle and bridge (?)
5) bridge only (Definitely)
I THINK that's it... I prefer three 3-way toggles, myself. My friend has a
Schecter custom strat with that feature. My Ibanez Soundgear fretless

had a master volume with a balance knob for the pickups. It was pretty cool.
