If I'm ignorant, please correct me. However, from watching many
exercise shows and videos, and attending exercise classes, I have been
taught three things to do to make certain of no cramping or pain. They
are proper warmups, cool-downs, and most important, stopping any
exercise *immediately* if feeling uncomfortable (out of breath, pain,
etc.).
