Seems unlikely.  There's a whole 'shanzhai' ecosystem of product development
in Shenzhen, churning out rapid iterations of products all riffing
off/stealing from each other:

(separately, the fact that this listing is out of stock is just an Amazon
artifact.  You can likely find the same product elsewhere under a different
