BF>> What road did you use?
KvE> Depends where I a going.
Any road where you fond the slow-down zone would do, as Google Street View
can check it out.
KvE> For Scandinavia I use A7 Nieuweschans-Bunde. There is no abandoned
Customs
KvE> building there and no speed limit other than that the maximum speed in
KvE> DE is higher that in NL.
Check.
KvE> Going east E30 Oldenzaal-Osnabruck to my knowledge there is a speed limit
KvE> there.
Check.
KvE> Enschede - Gronau N35-54 That is not a motorway, so there is a speed
limit
KvE> anyway.
Check.
KvE> Going south-east E35 Arnhem-Oberhausen, you have to slow down there.
But only because the road is no longer of motorway standard, yes?
KvE> Going south E19 Breda-Antwerpen, there is no speedlimit there.
Check.
KvE> Or I take the western route around Antwerpen. I Bdon't know if it has
KvE> improoved, but you had to tighten all the bolts after passing the E34
West.
That still doesn't sound like a slow-down zone, does it?
KvE> I have used some of the other border crossings, but I have no
recollections
KvE> of the situation.
Well, you objected to Ward's claim that there is no slow-down zone, so
obviously you had at least one such in mind. What specific border crossing was
it?
Like Ward, I have absolutely no recollection of any border passings within
the EU that makes me even slow my car down, little own lower my side window to
prepare for any passport exchange. Just saying...
