80 % is not 'all', dear. 95% is not 'all', dear. 99.99999999999999999% is
not 'all', dear. even if 1% of all programmers were women then that means
there are women programmer but do tell, what has this got to do with women's
rights?

Your hypocrisy is showing, dear.

Yes, dear, and?

I appreciate what you are trying to say dear but its a question of
priorities. I work for a living (I won't say where or what I do) but that's
it. My husband and I work to live, we don't live to work. We pay our bills,
bail our son out when he needs it and we afford a few luxuries. 8 hours days
do us, dear. 8 hours work, 8 hours pleasure, 8 hours sleep. It's what we
call a full life.if you wish to pull 18 hours shifts then that's your choice
and I don't begrudge you of it but like I said, it's a question of
priorities!
> Where are the girls who are coding new browsers at 14?
some of them populate 20% of your workforce apparently, dear.
