Actually Dustbin,

There seems to be a dispute about how she got pregnant. The father says
that it is the result of theft and she denys this saying they had the
child through sexual intercourse. The court did not award the father
any monies but instead decided to give him his day in court. He can
argue his point and then he can formally be denied, but the court will
allow him to argue the point so that there can be a decision handeed
down on the matter. The Judge may dismiss with prejudice or they may
let it go to trial, either way the issues here has not even been
resolved the court has only allowed the father to continue the suit,
whether he will or not is a different matter.
