Sorry, thats not right.  Plop does everything in millimeters.  It doesn't
even have an option for inches.

Read it as:
Visible P-V error: 5.93244e-06 mm
Visible RMS error: 8.44784e-07 mm

That is about 1/84 wave P-V and 1/592 wave RMS.  Plenty more than good enough.


To get waves, you have to divide by the wavelength of light.  I use 500 nanometers,

others use 550 or similar.  500 nanometers = 500e-9 meters = 500e-6 mm = 0.0005 mm.


So divide 5.93244e-6 by 500e-6.  The e-6 parts cancel, so you have 5.93244/500
=
0.01186488  and 1/0.01186488 = 84 and change which is where I get the 1/84
wave mentioned above.
