      I couldn't agree with you more in your ccomments regarding the NFB's 
reaction to Mr. Magoo cartoons.
      If, as the NFB suggested through its participation in the recent 
meeting of the World Blind Union,held in my country last year, the 
organization is truly interested in "cChanging What it Means to be Blind," 
it's time for a reality check.  Those cartoons represent highly exagerated 
behaviour.  Theyt were very popular when Iwas a child, but I don't ever 
recall them having a detrimental effect on me as a blind person.  I think 
almost forty-five years of experience gives me at least some right to make
      such a claim.
      If the NFB really has an interest in working with blind people in other 
countries, that sure isn't the way to do it.
... I only counted 100 dalmatians...!!!
