Mr. Ayoob has a tendency to make blanket statements and hold them out as 
gospel, universally true.  In fact, considering the differences between 
jurisdictions, that's why it's not advisible to give legal advice unless you 
are licensed in and familiar with the law in the recipient's jurisdiction.
I always preface anything which might be construed as a "legal opinion" with 
something to the effect of "Under Oklahoma law. . ." or similar words.
Offered for elucidation (gee, I'm glad you spelled that word first - if we 
misspelled it, I can claim "Paul made me do it"). :-)
