Was main reason for getting back into fido in fact.  USed to do fidonet bbs
that was quite popular among the residents in southeastern IOwa back in the
middle '90's.

I've heard of that.  I really like maximus for its text file configuration,
a big priority with me. DOn't really intend to switch if I can avoid it. 
Max 3.x has some other features I want to implement as well once we're
telnet available.
