GA is ahead of me (he often is :-) in observing that this
is a PRO-LIFE initiative for the fundies to get YOUR
precious tax dollars and spend them on a social program
to discourage women from abortions.
But hey, if you don't like these social programs, you can
always vote against them. :-)
