I read somewhere, I think it was in Unlimited Access, that Bill was
quoted as saying (have to change his wording, particularly the p****
word) "She's [had oral sex with more women] than I have!"

Frankly, I *still* think she was boinking Foster, but more out of an
attempt to keep him quiet than anything. We know she'll be with a man
if it's going to benefit her in some way...afterall, she must have
been with Bill at least once to have Chelsea (no doubt a political
ploy, since the folks in ARK thought she was a dyke and Arkies don't
cotton to that at all!), and that kid looks way too much like both of
them to be anyone else's. Besides, if she doesn't like men, it would
be unpleasant to her, no matter who it was, so best to avoid
questions later on.
