how do i set the irq jummpers ?

i hae an account (still) with the australian stb dealers, they ae just up the
road from me, just my luck to be relocated into an industrial area by govt
disadvantaged/disabled housing. i also have some friends (still) who are ibm
inciders .. looks like i have a few places to start looking.
