it is... things might be a little slow, right now, but that is how echos get on
the backbone...

one thing to remember, too, is that one doesn't have to have their echo on the
backbone... they can keep it in private distribution and advertise it in the
echo advertisement area from time to time if they want to... having
an echo on the backone doesn't guarantee wider distribution... only the
possibility of that...
