I run the X64 version of Ubuntu Server on one of my boxes here, but I don't 
run
 MBSE under it.  The only issue I can see between the 64 and 32 bit versions
(as I don't recall there being a way to "upgrade" from the 32 bit to 64 bit
versions of any Distro) is math issues.
