Yep, that's sketchy.  I'll send you some netmail on this and include a 
tic.cfg which you can use as a reference, Gary.

Sort of-- at least as far as file echoes go.  However, it also handles normal 
message echoes (Squish.Cfg) quite nicely.

Better? ;)  Maybe... there are a few less problems with Sealcfg.Exe but I 
can't agree that 0.40 is better than 0.50.  It's worth it to me, personally, 
to manually edit Seal.Ini if need be.
