Sort of-- at least as far as file echoes go. However, it also handles normal
message echoes (Squish.Cfg) quite nicely.

Better? ;) Maybe... there are a few less problems with Sealcfg.Exe but I
can't agree that 0.40 is better than 0.50. It's worth it to me, personally,
to manually edit Seal.Ini if need be.
