  The episode is called Project Avalon. It's episode 9 in the first season.

  Servalen & Travis dream up a plan to kidnap a freedom fighter called Avalon.
  So Blake, being the hero, decides to break Avalon out of priz. But Avalon
  was replace by an android who has the container with the virus.

  The object was that the Avalon android would be taken back to the Liberator
 and kill the crew with the virus. Of couse this didn't work and Travis was
 humiliated yet again.
