Is digital phone lines common here at all? My PC Card modem has an RJ11 socket connected to a dongle that supposedly protects the modem from damage from the high current of digital phone lines. However, I have not heard of this prior to using a PC card modem. --- Blue Wave/Max v2.20 [NR]* Origin: Andy's BBS: Melb Australia - 61-3-357-3414 (3:635/503) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 621/525 623/630 624/300 632/107 329 348 360 998 SEEN-BY: 633/371 634/388 396 635/301 402 502 503 506 541 544 639/252 711/401 SEEN-BY: 711/409 410 413 430 808 809 899 932 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 SEEN-BY: 800/1 @PATH: 635/503 50/99 711/808 934 |
