 I have no knowledge of the predictions of Al Gore other than that he predicted
 that a part of the country where I line, would be flooded by the rise of
 the sea level. That is easy most people here live below sea level anyway.

 A probably more realistic approach is that the tectonic plate we live on is
 pushed down.

 This requires that our defences against higer sea levels need a major overhaul
every 50 to 60 years.

 And yes the instances where our most famous skating marathon over 200 Km
 natural Ice are getting more and more apart, due to soft winters.

 I wish you luck with your crusade, I don't enjoy your stile of discussion,
 so I will not participate in a followup.
