i think SPOT on amiga is well designed to know why LATIN-1 is well choiced to
map all kinds of other solotions into something that works, if you dont know
LATIN-1 in fidonet software you still have to learn more....

lets change keymaps to be fully 32bit first, so fucking another solutions on
the same problem is created, we could all aswell just use HTML
