Whilst downloading the US 29-04-96 SDL the other night, I noticed that
there was also a new Australian SDL (also dated 1996) but thought nothing
of it at the time.  Looks to me like the current USR importers are not
doing the right thing regarding up-to-date code (so what else is new?).
