Again I have probably-classified questions that will get me probably shot.

How much input power for a beast like this?  Big capacitor and a truck full of NiMnH?

What kind of radiator?  Is there something that won't make the truck sail
away in a high wind?  Array?  Fragile?  Expensive goes without saying.

What is the penetration of "microwaves" over 50GHz, by spectrum
class, on flesh?  Presumably 95GHz was chosen for maximum pain, which means
it cooks  at a depth just at the back of the cornea.  Yummy.
